We are in the midst of updating our primary shipping method so that we can ensure orders will continue to be received as promptly and discreetly as possible. We thank you for bearing with us while we transition from one system to the next, and appreciate your understanding and patience at this time.
This change comes after confronting ongoing and multiple challenges due to the nature of the product we are providing. Despite this transitionary period we are doing our best to keep in touch with each and every one of our customers so they can be made aware of any changes occurring that may affect new orders, or those that may already be in transit.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from BC , and if an order is received by 10am on Monday to Friday it will ship the same day. At present we’re having to use manual tracking for all orders, this does not mean necessarily mean that your parcel remains in Victoria, BC as it may appear on the Canada Post website. Our previous experience with this method of tracking were that most patients received their tracking with the parcel being directly behind it, since it was moving the whole time. The parcels will still make it to their desired destination, however, there may simply be a delay in receiving your tracking info.
(NOTE: at rare times things out of our control may happen which can delay deliveries. In these cases we will be sure to be in contact immediately to work on a timely solution!)
